TRANSFER POLICY

All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing, and emailed to contact@ei-proceedings.com. The deadline to request registration transfer is 23 June, 2026.

Registration rate difference will apply depending on the membership status of the new registration. All transfer requests received AFTER 23 June 2026 will be charged an additional US $100. 

PRESENTER SUBSTITUTION POLICY

If NONE of the authors of a paper is able to present the paper at the conference, the TPC Chairs may grant permission to have the paper presented by a qualified substitute presenter. If you need to make such a request, please fill out the Substitute Presenter Form. The deadline to submit a substitute presenter request is 23 June 2026. A copy of the form will go directly to the TPC Chair for approval.
